Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of your order. All domestic orders ship via USPS Priority mail which can take from 1 - 3 days once it's left the warehouse. Expedited orders ship via UPS 2-day service.
For orders placed on weekends or holidays, orders will begin processing on the next business day. Holidays and peak sales time may alter your shipment time frame. We will do our best to provide you with accurate shipping information during this time.
*Please note: Please ensure your shipping address is a secure location. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages damaged in transit. Once your package has reached 'delivered' status, it is your responsibility to work with your local post office and neighbors to locate your package.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with a tracking number when your package has been shipped.
Can I modify my shipping address once my order has been placed?
We are generally unable to make any changes or modifications to your order after it has been placed.
If you wish to return or exchange an item please advise us within 7 days of receipt. Items must not have been used or damaged in anyway. You will be responsible for the cost of postage/courier for returned goods unless the original item was shipped in error.
Please re-package your item carefully so that it returns to us undamaged. You will be responsible for the package until we receive it so please make sure your item is insured and/or able to be traced. We recommend using an insured postage/courier method as we can not accept responsibility for items not shipped by ourselves.
Our products are handmade, if your item fails to exceed your expectation please contact us directly at email@example.com, an email will be sent to you once the return is approved for our shipping address.
